FIRST MEMORY
The first memory I can recall was this one (see picture below). I was about maybe 3 years old and, as you can see, very upset. Growing up I have always been very family oriented and being an only child made me superrrrrrr close to my parents.
Like any child there is always a “favorite” parent. I really don’t have one but growing up my parents were like “good cop - bad cop”. My father was the “good cop” and my mom was the “bad cop”. This image shows how when I was told: "No" my reaction was not so pretty. I was so upset with my mom that I called my dad and told him to pick me up because: “Mommy wasn’t listening”.
This memory is always spoken about because to this day whenever Mom says: "No", Dad says "Yes". (I clearly was a cry baby too).
