PRESENTATION
PERSONALITY
This song “Born Tired” by Jhené Aiko - in particular - speaks to me in a different way. Growing up I accomplished everything that I have with the help of no one, and that’s a lot. I started working at the age of 13 because I got tired of depending on my parents.
I am an extraordinary person, I am unique, and I haven’t found a person like me in the world yet. I work very hard for the things that I want and I get what I want, doesn’t matter how much time it takes me. I have a lot of potential and I will do whatever it takes.
“Born Tired” speaks for itself. Some days when I feel as if I don’t want to do something, or I feel down, I listen to this song as a reminder that yes, I am tired of always doing things alone and for myself, but I am fired up, meaning I will not stop no matter the consequences or how I am feeling. The song has a soft but yet strong and powerful melody, which I recently found about my inner self. I have matured in a way that I am not afraid of being myself, and I am very expressive of my feelings no matter who it hurts, because my mental and physical health matters most.
These lines are what makes me believe more in myself and make me happy about life as well as grateful for life.
'cause look how far you have come
and look all that you have going,
look who you have become,
baby you have to keep going
These lines are what makes me believe more in myself and make me happy about life as well as grateful for life.
Each and every day that I wake up I try my best to be positive and uplift people. You never know what that person thinks in a day and goes through. If you have the time, I want you to listen to my favorite songs on her album:
FIRST MEMORY
My first recall of memory was not too long ago. I was with my best friend Rachel and I remembered a handshake we had made when we were about 11-12 years old.
After that I started to recall most of our fun moments growing up together in the same building complex. Selling chocolates for her school’s charity, playing hide-and-seek in our homes, and singing along to music videos on the TV.
